Terms of Sale

We describe every kart as accurately as we can, including engine size, governed speed and what is and isn't assembled. Specifications can change as manufacturers revise components; if a change affects something material to your order we tell you before shipping.

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping is free; sales tax is added where we are required to collect it, and international duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility as described in the Shipping Policy.

Payment is captured at checkout by our payment processor, Authorize.Net. We never see or store your full card number. Your order is an offer to buy; the contract forms when we accept it by crating and shipping. If a listing carries an obvious pricing error or the item is unavailable, we may cancel and refund in full before shipping.

Every kart we sell is an off-road recreational vehicle. It is not street legal, is not sold for on-road use, and carries no EPA on-road or DOT certification. You are responsible for using it only on private property with permission or on sanctioned tracks, and for complying with local rules on noise, land use, age and licensing.

Motorsport is dangerous. Riding a dirt kart can cause serious injury or death even when the machine is in perfect condition. By ordering you confirm you understand this, that riders will wear a helmet, eye protection and closed shoes, that riders are 14 or older with adult supervision, and that you accept responsibility for how the kart is used after delivery.

The limited warranty in our Return & Warranty Policy is the only warranty we give. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all other warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for injury or loss arising from use, misuse, modification or inadequate maintenance of the vehicle. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

Raising or removing the governor, changing gearing, or altering the brakes, cage or fuel system voids the warranty and may make the vehicle unsafe. If you modify it, that is on you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute not resolved directly will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
