• Order details: name, email, phone, billing and shipping address, the items you bought and the amount paid.
• Support correspondence: emails and call notes tied to your order.
• Cart contents held in your own browser's local storage so your cart survives a refresh. That data stays on your device.

Card numbers are entered into an encrypted Authorize.Net field and never reach our servers. We only receive the card brand, last four digits and the payment result.

To process and ship your order, arrange freight and customs paperwork, honour returns and warranty claims, keep the accounting and tax records the law requires, and prevent fraudulent orders. We contact you about your order; we do not add you to marketing email without asking.

• Freight carriers and customs brokers — the name, address and phone needed to deliver and clear your shipment.
• Our hosting and database provider — order records are stored in an access-controlled database.
• Accountants, insurers or authorities where the law requires it.

We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

Order and tax records are kept for seven years because tax and product liability rules require it. Support correspondence is kept for the life of the warranty plus one year. Anything we no longer need is deleted.

Email orders@legionbkart.com to ask for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to have it deleted where we are not legally required to keep it. Tell us the order number so we can find the right record, and we respond within 30 days. If you are in the UK, EU or another region with statutory data rights, those rights apply and this is the address to use.

The site uses only what it needs to function: local storage for your cart and the cookies Authorize.Net sets to run checkout securely and detect fraud. There is no advertising or cross-site tracking on this site.
