Returns & Warranty

Unridden karts in the original crate with all packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Email orders@legionbkart.com with your order number to open the return and we will send a return authorisation and the correct freight address.

Because outbound shipping was free, return freight is deducted from the refund at our actual cost — typically $180–$320 in the continental US and more internationally. We show you the figure in writing before you ship anything back.

• Karts that have been ridden, fuelled beyond the factory test, or modified.
• Units with a removed or altered speed governor.
• Crates returned without the original packing materials.
• Wear items and consumables: belts, pads, tires, plugs, fluids.
• Batteries that have been installed and cycled.

Returns arriving with missing parts or unprotected freight damage are refunded at a reduced amount reflecting the loss. We photograph every returned crate on arrival and share those photos with you.

Once the return lands and passes inspection — usually within 3 business days of arrival — we refund to the original card. Your bank typically posts it in 5–10 business days. We never refund to store credit unless you ask for it.

Cancel or change the delivery address free of charge any time before the crate is picked up by the carrier — call (657) 592-1960 for the fastest result. After pickup the order is treated as a return.

We cover the engine and drivetrain against manufacturing defects for 90 days from delivery. Send photos or a short video plus your order number and we ship replacement parts from Miami stock at no charge, with instructions or a video call if you want a hand.

Not covered: crash damage, neglect, missed maintenance, racing or commercial rental use, governor removal, and normal wear on belts, pads, tires and cables. The warranty covers parts and does not include labour at a third-party shop.

These are off-road recreational karts for private property and sanctioned tracks. They are not street legal anywhere in the US and are not sold for on-road use. Riders 14+ with adult supervision, and a helmet, eye protection and closed shoes every ride.
