Shipping Policy

Free shipping covers crated freight from our Miami, FL shop to a curbside address, or to your door where the carrier offers it. Karts leave the building roughly 90% assembled in a wooden crate with the engine already run and inspected.

Liftgate service and inside delivery are not included. If your address has no forklift or dock, tell us before you order and we will note the bill of lading; the carrier may charge for a liftgate at delivery.

Orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day are inspected, run and crated within 2 business days. Everything listed on the site is in stock and ready to ship; if a unit sells out between your order and crating, we call you the same day with the choice of a wait date or a full refund.

• Continental US: 5–12 business days in transit.
• Alaska, Hawaii and US territories: 10–20 business days.
• International: 10–25 business days after export clearance.
• Miami pickup: ready in 1–3 business days, by appointment.

The freight carrier calls the phone number on your order to schedule a delivery window, so please give a number you actually answer.

International orders ship DAP: our freight cost is covered, but import duties, VAT or GST, and customs brokerage fees are the buyer's responsibility and are collected by the carrier or broker on arrival. These charges are set by your government, not by us, and we cannot estimate or refund them.

We declare the true commercial value on every shipment. We do not under-declare goods or mark orders as gifts.

Inspect the crate before you sign. If there is visible damage, photograph it, note "damaged" on the delivery receipt and email the photos to orders@legionbkart.com the same day. With that documentation we file the carrier claim and ship a replacement or repair parts at our cost.

A clean signature with no notes limits what the carrier will pay, which limits what we can do — so it is worth the extra two minutes at the truck.
