- Yes. Machines are assembled, charged and function-checked before dispatch. Unbox it, check tire pressure and go.
- How does shipping work?
- Free nationwide freight, tracked to your door. Pickup is available at checkout when you're nearby.
- Do you ship internationally?
- Yes. Free international freight to Canada, Mexico, the UK, the EU, Australia and New Zealand. Duties, VAT/GST and brokerage are collected by the carrier on arrival.
- What's the return policy?
- 15 days from delivery on unridden machines in the original packaging, minus return freight. Eligible returns receive a refund to the original payment method. Photograph any shipping damage before signing and email us the same day.
- Is there a warranty?
- 90 days on the motor, controller and battery against manufacturing defects. Wear items — tires, pads, chains — aren't covered.
